Can I book over the phone?
The best way to book a site with us is online. That way you can key in your exact travel dates and the amount of people you’re bringing to give you the most accurate pricing of your booking. It will also give you a chance to view our full terms and conditions.
Can I pay a deposit and pay the balance on arrival?
To secure a booking with us, full payment is required at the time of your booking.
What are your check in/ Check out hours?
Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 10:00
Can I check in after 5pm?
You will receive a pre check-in information text the morning of your arrival, which will give you instructions for a contactless check-in which can be done within and out of office hours.
Can I request an early check in?
Generally the answer is no. Sometimes if the park is especially quiet, you could get in touch with the park manager on the day prior to arrival to organize an early check in.
Can I choose particular campsites/book sites next to my friends?
Yes absolutely, when making your online booking there is a notes section that you can fill out. You can let us know your preferred sites and which other campers you’d like to be placed next to. We will do our very best to accommodate.
How will I know if my equipment will fit on our site?
All of our sites are roughly 6 – 7 meters, despite what’s shown on the map. You will still have the opportunity to fill out what equipment you plan on bringing on our checkout as well.
Are we allowed camp fires? Do you have any fire pits for hire?
Hi there, yes you are allowed a campfire. We have some firepits available for rent (first in best dressed.) Or you’re more than welcome to bring your own.
Are you pet friendly?
All Cabins are pet friendly except for the tiny homes and pods – Pet must be under your effective control and may not ever be left unattended. And strictly not to be on the bedding.
How far are you from the town center?
We are roughly 2.5 kms from Bright Town Centre, just a 5 minute drive and roughly a 30 minute walk.
Can I cook in my room?
You can use the equipment provided, any external cooking equipment that you may bring must be used in the camp kitchen.
How far are you from Mount Hotham?
We are roughly 50kms, about a one hour drive.
Do you have any long term cabins/sites available?
No, we are a holiday park so we only offer short term stays.
Is linen provided?
Linen is provided, if you’ve got a favorite pillow or doona, bring it. If you feel the cold it never hurts to have extra.
Towels are provided in all pods and tiny homes, all other accommodation is BYO towel.
Do you have a camp kitchen/ What equipment does it have?
‘BBQ’s, fridges, toasters, microwave, sink. It’s highly recommended that you bring a picnic basket with sauces, salt, pepper, cooking utensils, dishwashing supplies etc, just in case.’
