Great location for Mystic , but showers aren’t something my misses likes , if you want a late check out so you can pack up after riding it needs to be organised prior as they always so no even if no one is coming

Accommodation details as posted and correct. 10am quite rules work for all, and everyone obeys that rule. Great sense of understanding. Bathroom facility can be improved, I am sure the other improvements happening now, will just make everything better.

We've been coming to Crusty for years and it's always been spot on! Nothing better than a hot shower after a day on the bike!!

I've enjoyed my time here at a powered site, it is very central to so many of the things you can do in and around Bright. The managers are friendly and approachable. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location, with walking trails and a creek within the park. We stayed in a cabin with our two kelpies, and just love that the area and park is dog friendly! Everything was clean and it had everything you needed. Already planning to come back! ☺️

Love this place! I come here most weekends for the snow season and I camp (unpowered). It’s in a great spot, the grounds are always clean, it’s close to the main town, right across from a biking place and only an hour from the mountains.I have had no issues writing any of my stays. All the staff are really friendly and accommodating, the camp kitchen has everything you need which saved me bringing more equipment with me the facilities are what you would expect from camp bathrooms. You can also hire a fire and buy wood for the colder nights which is great.I couldn’t recommend this place more for affordable camping. I haven’t stayed in the cabins but through talking to other people staying on the grounds, I gather they are all clean and have the basic necessities.

Honestly i am not over exaggerating when i say this was one of the coziest camps I've been to. The view is not bad at all, the people are great, the rooms were cozy, just attempt to bring your own heater like i did! will be back again soon!

My favourite Holiday destination it’s beautiful.. clean .. the grounds are well kept .. you can get wood and fire pit there .. they have cafe in the morning with amazing coffee and egg and bacon rolls .. I love this place .. and camp crusty team are phenomenal always so friendly. Helpful.. once you come once you will want to call me back every yr like me and my family .. 10/10 btw Elanore is super ..back again for Easter 2023 .. stayed in a cabin this time it was amazing clean ..warm the best .. will be back at Xmas just love this place .. the staff are the best ever ..

Had a wonderful few days over Easter at Camp Crusty, beautiful trees and bird life, we had a fire and enjoyed having our dogs with us.Great spot with wonderful views.Definitely be back again.

Camp Crusty is a old forestry camp that has morphed into caravan / tourist park . The single rooms are basic but good value ar $38 a night . The room is clean , has 2 beds and a heater and fan .The facilities like the the amenities block are old and in need of either love or replacement . There is plenty of hot water in the showers and the toilets have a good flush. I didn’t use the kitchen .The staff are friendly and helpful . The grounds are well maintained and mowed . The is some new building happening for what looks like new amenities.There is great views of the mountains and the trees make for a restful ambience .The town of Bright is only 5 minutes away by car .

You can’t take the crusty out of this camp. There something intrinsically old school and real about the Baré essentials in these cabins. I’ll be there again when all around is the great outdoors.

Great place to camp if you're mountain biking, quick ride into town, right beside the river for a post-ride swim, great cooking facilities with bbqs and burners aplenty, good hot showers and toilet blocks, and fire pits available, will be back for sure

Camp crusty seems to attract bogans and understandably the nice people who manage the park struggle to control the bogans playing loud music and driving quickly through the park.

Perfect location, right next to the river. Great communal facilities, including fridge, ovens, stove and wash up area. Helpful and friendly staff

First impressions were not great … But actually, for the money, this is a great place to stay. Especially if you are a mountain biker! Campsite is well run, clean, tidy and quiet. The cabins are very rustic. The shower blocks are fine. The “camp kitchen” could do with an upgrade - along with an opportunity to buy a cold beer as it’s a bit of a trek into central Bright!

Great atmosphere. Facilities are basic, but clean and it is good to be around people with same passion for cycling, camping and be in nature. Shower is warm and excellent water pressure and the bike cleaning facilities is first class.

We loved our experience while here, true camping feeling, in the middle of the nature, rustic infrastructure and very real! We loved it and we will be back for sure!!!

I Love this camping park; the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating and the location is picturesque at the base of the mountain range.As a cyclist it's idealy located at the base of Mystic MTB Park however also suits non cycling campers alike as it's very peaceful.I've camped at all parks in Bright over the years and this is a lovely option that's slightly away but only a short walk from the sometimes-overwhelming business of town

Camp crusty is at the base of Mystic Mountain mountain biking park so is a great place to spend some time biking. There is a shallow lake at the end of the park so lovely to chill there at the end of a day's riding. Amenities are old style but function fine.

The place could me amazing. Clean and tidy but a little (lot) rough. There were some great camp sites and some very average ones. We were on a great one making our trip enjoyable but I felt for those with little kids on dirt pads. Cabins are awe filled from my peek. Location of the park great and the kids had fun. What more could you ask.

We came across this campsite at 8.00pm & were welcomed with open arms despite not having a booking during the busiest time of year. The campsite itself is in the most beautiful location and each individual camp is very generous in size. Amazing amenities, fantastic location and an all round lovely vibe from all campers. Rennie, Elissa and the team are great and will definitely go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Must go!

Great location, amazing coffee van on site every morning. Campsite and accommodation is very basic but has everything we needed. Very busy and noisy during peak times so be aware of that if travelling with children. The sites are very close together. Off peak it’s amazing

Rustic bush camping in beautiful location and friendly phone staff.The powered site was only just big enough for a camper trailer, tent and car. I recommend bringing a very long power cord or at least a double adapter for your shorter cord.Management are nowhere to be seen, which seems to give many campers license to be noisy late into the night. A text sent out reminding people to be considerate just isn’t enough.If you want modern facilities avoid this camp, but if that doesn’t phase you, you’ll likely be very happy here.

Knows what it is and does it well. The rooms are basic but fine. Clean, comfortable enough. If you'd rather save on accommodation and spend your money on mountain bike shuttles or at the brewery then this place is ideal

This place is great, so much history to see in the park with the old logging cabins. The place is old, but very clean and great for pets and so close to the MTB park.

Great location for mountain biking!The things I used and enjoyed were campground, the large kitchen for washing dishes, table tennis, the cafe for coffee and muffins, hot water showers and the crush bike wash. Also great that there's a jump track across the road

Great position and the camping spots were very good. amenities were old but clean and worked well. There is a newer block also. It is a bike rider's heaven. included a bike wash station. Being high season it was expensive.

If you're in Bright for MTB and camping, this is your place. A large, mostly dirt campground right on the Mystic Bike Park's doorstep

The accommodation is perfect for mountain bikers, so close to Mystic Mountain. They have everything you need in a handy location.

Cheap, basic and loads of vacancies so nice and peaceful.Highly recommend using the newer toilet block up the back.Not as picturesque as the places in town, but certainly more spacious and conveniently located near the shuttle ????????And lots of cute cows to pat in the morning

We had a lovely stay would recommend it to all dogs welcome a steps back in time very friendly people that run it over friendly dog just beautiful wants to play with everyone

Good camping for those who like their camp pretty basic and rustic but still with hot showers, flushing toilets and easy access to town.It rained heavily when we were there and many sites became big mud puddles and a lot of people appeared to leave early, so beware bad weather if you are in a tent.Option to have your own wood fire is a big plus, and there are plenty of trees around. Nicer environment than the overly built-up resort style caravan parks in my opinion. We would stay again.

It covers all the basics really well! Not for those looking for a posh camping experience, but a great location with a good community feel. And being able to bring our pooch along was the icing on the cake.

Cabins and facilities are basic but everything works and was clean. Grounds are well kept (some areas under renovation when we were there) and staff were friendly. Super location if planning to mountain bike ride at Mystic Mountain Bike park. Suggestion - drainage for caravan grey water discharge would be a big upgrade.

Great place to stay at the bottom of the Mystic bike park runs. It’s a 200 m ride to the shuttle area and when you come down the track you can stop in and grab water etc from your camp. The little units a clean and comfortable for the price

It was a great spot and location for a 3-night longer camping. The amenities were fully equipped and tidy. The campsite was neat and spacious enough. They got different options for camping including cabins for affordable prices. I opted for a powered site and pitched my tent ⛺. Must appreciate their free bathroom, and kitchen (with an oven, fridge and BBQs) facilities. They were clean enough and serviced well. The site is pet-friendly and kids safe as well.The location was scenic. For those who wanted to visit Mt.Hotham, Mt.Beauty etc., I suggest this location would be the best to camp/stay.The staffs were really friendly and helpful ????.As a suggestion, I would recommend adding a few kid's play areas and some indoor activities, which may be a little more enthusiastic and relaxing for a few people.Anyways this place is highly recommendable and will visit again soon ????

Great Spot to camp, bathrooms are clean and tidy, didn't use the kitchen but seemed more then good enough.I stayed in the Twin Cabin and it was Cozy and warm, did struggle length wise in the bed but im taller than most. Everyone winging about it being cold and ran down must all be from city and don't know how the country weather works, we stayed three nights and had no problems..Thanks Team Crusty

Love staying at Camp Crusty!! Always feel welcome and great place to bring dogs. Its hard to find places that will accommodate dogs so Camp Crusty is a blessing!!Rooms clean and park well maintained.

Had a Fantastic time with the boys MTB trails on your doorstep. Not the Hyatt or Hilton but just what you need. Caretaker couldn't have been anymore accommodating top work.

Have a look at the photos before you come as it's a bit of an older style accommodation. Cabins and bathrooms, bedding and extra blankets were clean and cabins have a small heater and were perfectly warm all night when it was -6 outside. If you get cold and are coming in winter I'd bring a sleeping bag to be sure. It's on the budget end in terms of price so set your expectations but we had 2 great nights stay and an awesome 2 days skiing up at Mt Hotham. Would definitely stay again.

Definitely cabins.Thankfully has everything you need; kettle, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, toaster, bed warmers and (small) radiator. The showers have hot water and theres a communal bbq area.Ideal for snow trips.

This holiday park meters away from bright town centre. We booked powered site for 2 nights. The site was quiet and relaxing with amenities close by 50mtrs. The amenities and cabins are old, however the management seems to be renovating and fixing. I enjoyed my stay here and would come back again. I wish next time the powered sites close to the river are open.

Great location surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, super easy non-contact check which was great for us as we arrived very late friday night. Camp Crusty even put our heater on in the room so it was warm when we arrived which was amazing as we were freezing! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place to stay lots of trees, wildlife, bike and walking tracks, the creek was a great place to cool off camp kitchen made our stay easier. Staff were friendly and helpful, after getting rained out the first night swapping from a tent site to a cabin at short notice wasn't a hassle, ammonites and cabins are dated but kept clean. Overall we had a great stay and will be back for longer next time.

Great spot for camping. Only 5 min ride or drive to shops. Awesome biking and swimming on your doorstep!

Camp crusty was the perfect campground for our mountain biking road trip. Close accessibility to the Mystic trailhead and jumps park to keep the mini shredders stoked.

You have enough space to chill with your mates. Had a fire pit and just had gone good fun! Toilets and facilities were good and they have a cafe on campsite! Good stuff!

Nice scenic views, bit muddy and wet just after the rain. But gives you a good adventurous experience in the middle of the woods

Crusty camp site is great in terms of location (right next to the bike tracks) and it’s pet friendly! I could definitely be improved with more fridge space and more showers! On the plus side, you can buy coffee on the spot every morning 😉

Not only were the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the amenities were great and the cabin we stayed in had everything we needed and more! I would definitely recommend this place, can’t wait to return! Bright is a beautiful little town with lots to do and see.

Great spot to camp, camp kitchen with BBQs, kettle, sink, pizza oven, fridge and freezer. We had a great spot next to the river! Not far from town, only a short bike ride. Will be coming back!

These guys were excellent during the uncertainty of covid and trying to book a holiday. We ended up having to reschedule at least twice due to snap restrictions, and each time they were happy to accomodate us and be flexible. It's worth noting that when they say the accomodation is basic, it means basic. However, we managed two young kids for two nights, so it all works. It's close to everything in town and the surrounding areas, whether walking, riding or driving and there is lots of room for camping which I would love to come back to try one day.

This place is great! Do not be fooled by it's simple looks! Cabins are clean and cozy, toilet and hot showers are available. I hired a fire pit (which was great for the evening) with plenty of fire wood for purchase. The staff are super friendly and was very helpful!

Come to this place to experience a true blue beautiful Aussie experience. Accidentally booked this place, but was pleasantly surprised with its cleanliness, quite atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings. 10/10!!

We are a school group who love camping here. The staff are friendly and very generous - (they threw in complimentary fire wood and fire pit). Amenities are basic but good for what we need and the mtb park is on the door step. Definitely staying here again

Oldschool Caravan Park/Basic Camping Facilities in a Ripping Spot. No fuss, Dog friendly, Great staff, Awesome egg and bacon rolls and cafe onsite all at the base of the mtb trails. Not everyones cup of tea but its just so easy. Also not far from anything else you want to see and do in Bright.

The camp overall is really good. It's a great space. Good facilities and welcoming. Really good weekend to spend with your friends and cafe onsite.

Beautifully situated on the outskirts of town. Weather during stay was freezing, but the rooms were warm and the electric blanket was a nice surprise. I was particularly pleased that the showers didn't run out of hot water:-)

I always enjoy my visits to Bright Cabin & Caravan park. Great location, Staff are excellent amenities well maintained. Not my first visit and it will not be my last. See you in the hills soon.

Camp Crusty is a sensational caravan park that has extremely hospitable staff. This camp ground is extremely basic and not for everyone! If you don’t like getting a little bit dirty and connecting with your wild side, don’t come here.

We found the perfect relaxed getaway at Camp Crusty in Bright. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to be nestled right in the Bright wilderness, with friendly staff on hand, and with a cosy cabin to sleep in.

What a beautiful spot! Out of the hustle and bustle of bright, but still close enough! And so good for MTB! Amenities were always kept clean. Definitely recommended ????

Absolutely love everything about this place! Eleanor was exceptional on reception and swapped my booking with no dramas. Upgraded my cabin for no extra charge. Coffee at the cafe on site used fair trade beans and was great. Loved the free use of pizza ovens and bike washing station. Perfect place for a bike riding getaway surrounded by trees and kookaburras. Will be back!

Beautiful spot amongst the tress just out of town but still a short walk into the thick of it. Genuine, down-to-earth people that keep all the amenities super clean and running. Stayed in a cosy little cabin with plenty of comforts (kettle, fridge, etc.). Arriving back after a trip to town or a swim in some of the hidden spots nearby feels like coming home.

I stayed at Camp Crusty in a cabin with my two sisters and it was perfect- clean and simple! The camp is located in a great spot, far enough away from the town that is was peaceful and calm, but close enough that we could easily walk too and from the beautiful shops and cafes. There are many great walking tracks near by to explore beautiful Bright. The toilets and showers were always clean and the staff were so helpful and kind! They clearly work hard to make everybody feel welcome at the campsite. I would definitely recommend, we will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful place for camping and exploring. You can go climb the hills and also there is a really nice river next to it for running water. I enjoyed my few days stay here and people were very friendly, there is a small country town with a lot of shops around the area. This is a historic building and looks after this while you stay here.
